I just took on a new client with major problems. The most pressing issue: They are running a Dell PowerEdge T610 (Service Tag: 79F9WL1), server 2008 R2, physical (not virtualized).

The prior IT firm did something to the server that after a reboot the error BOOTMGR is missing. There are 50+ workers unable to work right now. There are no backups whatsoever, of anything. I am attempting to boot the server using a Windows Server 2008 R2 install DVD and run repair, however, the boot media doesn't see any hard drives because they are connected to a Dell PERC 6/i SAS RAID Controller. I have looked at all available downloads from the Dell support page for the specific server, however, I can't find any drivers to load. I did find one driver set - - but it isn't working.
