It consists of 20 members, chosen either in their personal capacity (acting independently and in the public interest) or as individuals appointed to represent common interests relevant to procurement or organisations. The first 3-year term of the group came to an end in July 2015 and the first meeting of the newly formed group will take place on 14 September 2015 in Brussels. The group is expected to meet at least twice a year.
